・TERMS OF SERVICE・

General
°Once the references are send and the payment is done, the commission will be acepted and it will be added to the queue.
°Every details, aspects, extra charges, etc,. will be (if possible) established before the payment
°Every commission (if I don't have anything urgent in my personal life) take between 1 week to 4 months. If the queue is long, please be patient. I'll try to keep you informed.
°At the moment of finishing your commission, a link will be sent to you where you can download the work in high quality
°I don't do refunds, what I can do is to change the commission rate ONLY if I haven't started it or it is in the sketch stage, if I have already started a bigger process an extra charge will be made. The change of commission cannot be something that exceeds the initial amount.
°You can request that your commission be private before making the payment, it will be completely free, but in the case that the character I am going to draw is for public use (games, anime, vtubers, etc.), an additional charge of 50% of the commission will be made.Payment

°Once it reaches its position on the list, a sketch will be sent to the client for their approval to continue. Otherwise, they may request changes.
Changes are limited. During the sketch and coloring stage (from colored sketch onward), three small changes are allowed (such as correcting an aesthetic detail, accessories, etc.), and only one major change is allowed (completely changing an outfit, hair, or redoing the entire sketch). After that, any changes will have an additional charge, which I will estimate (ranging from 10% to 70% of the original price).
°Once the customer give his aproval, I will proceed with the painting.
°Corrections can be made once the sketch is delivered. If you do not respond within a week, I will continue working on the commission, and you won't have the right to make changes anymore.
°For backgrounds, an extra fee will be added. The backgrounds of only one flat color/gradient/pattern are completely freeAs the client

°Any character I consider with a complex desing will have an extra price:➽ +5usd: complex clothing patterns, large wings, items half the size or less of the character.➽ +10usd: Extra body parts (4 arms, 2 heads, 2 tails, many horns, etc.), item half the size or more of the character.➽ +15usd: complex clothes (armor, jewelry, dresses with to much details, etc.), nsfw explicit➽ +20usd: everything of the above (depending on the idea of the character, details, etc. the % can change)➽ +15-70usd: Background (depending on the complexity)
